Lucignano, which is only 2 kilometres away, is a fascinating mediaeval village which retains its original and unique elliptical plan. Its concentrically aligned streets provide wonderful scenes and superb photo opportunities at each turn. Lucignano’s small museum has a rich array of precious and interesting objects, and you can visit the 14th century church of San Francesco which has frescoes by Bartolo di Fredi. Additionally, Lucignano is also located close to major roads and public transport providing easy access to some of the most important art cities in central Italy

On the ground floor there are a large open area consisting of a living room with open fireplace, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. From the French doors is possible to reach the large portico located just adjacent to the kitchen providing an outdoor dining area. Through an internal stone staircase, you will find the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, two twin bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area is accessible also from outside.

A very nice and comfortable portico is easily reachable from the living room and the kitchen and it is equipped with tables and chairs where guests can enjoy breakfasts and meals during the day. There is also a fixed barbecue.
The swimming pool is completely fenced and distances about 30 mt from the house. The entrance inside the pool is through a regular staircase and the swimming pool has a chlorine depuration. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 4,5 m x 9 m with a variable depth from 1.20 m to 1.40 m. The pool area is equipped with a gazebo which on top are located the solar panels, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
