This lovely detached house, totally independent, accommodates up to 8 people, and is located in a residential area that offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, children's playground, bar and restaurant.
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto Santo Stefano, on the beautiful Argentario coast of Tuscany. Lovely seaside town with a lively nightlife, starting point for countless visits to the Tuscan Maremma.
The house has a living room that has a comfortable sofa, a 42 "smart TV, a table for 8 people and a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. On one side of the house there are two bedrooms with the first bathroom; a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The other end of the house consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a separate section with a bunk bed and a second bathroom.
Bed linen, blankets and towels are provided for all guests.
The house has recently been completely renovated; it has parquet floors and two new tiled bathrooms with large showers. All the furniture is new, in white and gray colors. The living room leads to a glass door on the terrace where you will find an inviting room where you can enjoy an aperitif or cool off on Tuscan nights.
Outside, a private garden surrounds the house and a storage room / laundry room in the basement.
Just in front of the house entrance there is a private parking space.
Note that the swimming pool and tennis courts will be open from mid-June to mid-September.
