Positive: Nice, modern, new building. There are many apartments in the house but it was still quiet, the neighbors didn't bother us, there was no noise at night. The house is in a good location, the beach is close (easy to reach on foot). Nicely maintained garden, very nice and clean private pool. Private parking space in the yard, for each apartment and private sun loungers on the beach. They responded quickly when our shutters broke. The specialist came within an hour and fixed it.

Negative: The equipment of the apartment was far from what we were used to. There was no dishwasher, toaster, but the cutlery was also quite incomplete. There are no bed linen or towels in the price. There was not even a single roll of toilet paper or hand towels in the apartment. There was no washing-up liquid, soap, or garbage bags. We couldn't use the grill on the terrace because there was no grill grate in it. The opening hours of the pool greatly limit its usability. The check-in and check-out process is very time-consuming. You can pick up and drop off the key at an office 20-25 minutes away by car from the apartment. A deposit of €200 was required for the key.
