Location: beautiful new villa in Pontemazzori - Camaiore. The villa is located in an olive grove. The approach to the house via a dirt road brings our guests to the beautiful fenced plot. The beautiful and quiet location is perfect for a wonderful holiday. A beautiful swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-October) with a small island with palm tree in the center is only available to our guests and offers a lot of fun for the kids. A large terrace under the pergola invites you to linger. In addition, in the area of the pool is an area with sun loungers and a shaded area. On the property there is plenty of room for more than one car to park. The beach is located about 13 km from the villa. Camaiore 3 km.

On the upper level you will find a room with a sofa bed for 2 people. From here you get to the panoramic terrace with garden furniture.
