Positive: Brilliant Position to Modena Central, Felt Safe and Overall Enjoyment of the unit.

Negative: Booking.com information about needing to contact, as it wasn’t clear it was self check-in which needed to be filled in like passport etc and when trying to call it was only Italian so we couldn’t understand what was being said, having an English voice note after the Italian would be superb. Luckily our last Airbnb Host was super helpful and called on our behalf, which he even said was unusually complicated. We also never got clear information on where the unit was, as it was around the back, and when at the back it was hard to tell if it was “Front Door” Button to unlock via the app leading up a staircase to a unit, but eventually worked out with the Airbnb host helping us call the host it was the “Apartment Door” one around the back. Great Digital system which my friend and I liked once we worked it out, but needed a detailed email instruction probably.

Summary: Overall very good for the super short notice but extremely grateful once we got into the unit! :)
