The surroundings are characterized by small villages, green hills and numerous historical villas, the later have impressive gardens and fountains. This nice area can be discovered on foot or by bicycle, visit the famous villas or have a stroll and admire the beautiful landscapes, taste the local dishes in one of the trattorias along the paths.
Spend a day at the beach (the coast of the Versilia is in the vicinity and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the garden of your holiday home. Lucca, Pisa and Florence are within an easy reach. You may also make a day trip to the Cinque Terre.

Within a few steps from the dining area, you may access the living room with couches, tv, upholstered chairs, play table, exit onto a terrace.
Staircase to the lower floor: 1 utility room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with wc, bidet. 1 tavern with dining table, couches, fireplace (not working).
Staircase to the 1st floor: 1 twin bedroom, mosquito nets on the window 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with upholstered chair, cupboard, mosquito nets on the window. 1 double bedroom with exit onto a balcony (no mosquito net on the window), upholstered chair, cupboard with 1 en-suite bathroom with wc, bidet, shower. 1 bathroom with tub, double basin, wc, bidet, 1 cabinet room with 1 French sized bed (1.20 width) and exit onto a balcony, 1 double bedroom with upholstered chair, chest of drawers, exit onto a balcony (the same as the one in front of the cabinet room) and air-conditioning. The second floor remains closed.
The furnishings are classical, terracotta tiled floors on the ground floor, bedrooms have parquet-tiled floors, walls painted in white. WiFi is included, parking within the grounds.
