The villa is located inside our property; surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub. Its position is unique in its kind; offers a splendid view of the Gulf of Castellammare, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and the summer noises of the country. Built in ancient tuff and exposed stone, it is the result of a conservative restoration of an ancient rural house completed in July 2015. Through an arch of ancient sandstone, the villa is accessed, of 180 square meters, surrounded by a large garden of 1000 square meters. with lawn, all fenced to give security to the house, and with balconies that provide a view of the fascinating gulf. On two floors, it has 8 beds (plus two on request). On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, satellite antenna and sofa bed. The large kitchen is equipped with all comforts (fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc ...) with two openings that access on two verandas that offer a wonderful view in the pool. From a staircase inside the kitchen leads to an open attic area where there are 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with important furniture, a hot / cold heat pump, and two bathrooms with shower. From a masonry staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are two double bedrooms both with sea view and equipped with heat pump hot / cold.
