Apartment obtained from the recent renovation (2003) of the barn, the orciaia and the stables of a nineteenth century farmhouse.
You enter a large space that on one side constitutes the living room with a double sofa bed facing the fireplace, and on the other, divided by an arch, the colored masonry kitchen that surrounds an antique stone sink.
The living room leads to the two bedrooms: "green" with two single beds in wrought iron and "yellow" with a double bed in front of a beautiful fireplace that was used to heat the water to make soap and for the pressing of olives.
A corridor leads to the orciaia, now a large bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style like the choice of materials: terracotta floors and vaulted ceilings.
From the living room and the bedrooms you can access the ancient courtyard, in exclusive use, from where you can admire the sunset between the valleys that surround Florence.
The whole apartment overlooks what was once the main garden now turned into a lawn; the stone boundaries of the flower beds and ancient tools for working the land can still be seen.
