The structure is rustic, and in contrast the furniture is stylish, modern and functional. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen/ dining/ living room is spacious and open plan. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is also available.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with table and loungers and a panoramic view of the dramatic Apuane Mountains.

There is an excellent family run restaurant in Silico, only a one minute walk from the farm. The village itself is interesting; tiny but with fine buildings and wonderful views. A well known medieval festival is held there during August.

The area of Garfagnana is best known for its wonderful scenery, old fashioned ways, rustic food and outdoor activities.
