The villa has a large private garden which surround the entire property and features a panoramic private swimming pool 7x14 mt, depth 1.80 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
There is a covered patio with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals also thanks to the Barbeque and Pizza oven. Guest can also enjoy the private soccer filed and ping pong table.
The villa is divided into two sections and can host up to 24 people. There are several living areas and as well kitchen corners, as the villa is divided in different apartments, so if a large group is wishing to have some lack of privacy or stay together, it can make it happen.
The main body of the villa is developing in three floors; At the ground floor there is a large living area with sofas Satellite TV, working fireplace; equipped kitchen with American coffee maker, moka, electric oven, dishwasher.
