Our detached house with garden is located about 5 minutes walk from the village center in a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by the pale mountains of the Dolomites and by green or snow-covered meadows.
The ski bus stop (winter) is right in front of the house.
The children's playground (summer) and the cross-country ski run (winter) are only a few minutes' walk from the house.
There is also a bakery in the annex.
The house (200m2) extends over 2 floors, whereby on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 room with bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 closet room.
On the first floor there is a spacious, bright living room with a large sofa and TV-SAT, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small farmhouse parlor, a gallery, a day toilet and, on request, a laundry room (washing machine and ironing board and iron) , as well as 2 balconies. The ski depot is in the basement. WiFi is also available throughout the house.
