The first floor, accessed through an external staircase, includes another living/dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom. In the annex there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and a treadmill and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, internet Wi-Fi, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, dryer, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, safe and bbq.
