Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Two of these five stars are for the spotless rooms. The other three are entirely for Bleon. I travel frequently for business, and Bleon made my stay exceptional. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Whether I needed recommendations, assistance, or local guidance, he always went above and beyond to help. From now on, I’ll be coming to Florence every 2–3 months for work, and thanks to Bleon, this hotel will be my first choice every single time. Everything else was excellent as well—the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and well organized, and the entire reception team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience. See you again soon!
