From the entrance, one enters a large open space area: on one side a spacious living room with a fireplace and doors opening directly onto the veranda, the garden and the panoramic fenced swimming pool, on the other side, the dining room and behind it the fully equipped kitchen on one side, a shower bathroom on the other side. The doors open onto the smaller rear patio. From the living room, some steps lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with a side door to the garden), a shower bathroom and another bedroom with lake view and a private bathroom with shower/bath.
