Villa la Vista is an independent villa recently renovated with a contemporary style where simplicity and functionality have been combined together perfectly. Villa la Vista is split among two offset floors with large outdoor spaces all around, a nice solarium next to the wonderful overhang swimming pool, a barbecue area, a play area and a shaded parking space for two cars.
The swimming pool is approximately 60 square meters wide and the access can be prevented using a little gate to ensure children's safety. Next to the pool a solarium is located with a shaded area featuring a barbecue and a dining table, where all the guests can have a meal together even during the warmest hours of the day.
Inside, on the first floor, the villa is composed by a kitchen, a living area with a big Smart TV and a cozy sofa overlooking a large window with a stunning view of the sea and of Cefalù. Last but not least, two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
