At guests' disposal, upon request, two air-conditioned outbuildings, one composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom; the other facing the sea, just inaugurated (season 2023), with another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a covered veranda area that can be fully opened with a Mini-Pool inside with counter-current swimming and hydromassage where guests in the coldest periods of the year can enjoy a bath with heated water (Dimensions: circa mt.5,00x3,00 and 1,60 Depth ), an equipped outdoor kitchen (under construction) adjacent to the wooden porch with a dining table for 8 people.
