Located on the hill of Gardone Riviera surrounded by 12,000 m2 of parkland, Villa 29 is ideal for a relaxing but also romantic and fun family holiday.
From the original external architecture, well integrated into the nature of the Alto Garda Park reserve and from the refined and tasteful internal design, the sofas and armchairs by B&B Italia and Cassina and the photographs are by the artist Francesco NEO.
The villa has been designed for comfort and for an unforgettable holiday and is spread over two levels, on the first floor there is the sleeping area and on the ground floor there is the living area which opens onto a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake and a solarium and a barbecue area with a large and enjoyable outdoor kitchen. In the garden and on the terrace there are relaxation areas with sofas, sunbeds with umbrellas and a private swimming pool set in nature among the olive trees, from here you can enjoy a wonderful and unique lake view.

Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms are new and bright, modern, with spacious showers and finished with care. One on the ground floor serving the living area and a bedroom and two on the first floor, one en-suite for the master bedroom and one serving two double bedrooms.
Kitchen: On the ground floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, hob , toaster, dishes, pots and pans. it’s from Bulthaup kitchen called „Werkbank“ , especially made for professional cooking, and one is exposed at Moma in New York.
Outside there is a new gas barbecue, a built-in barbecue for cooking with wood or charcoal, and a sink with gas stove, ideal if you like to cook outside.
Indoor and Outdoor Dining: On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room connected to the kitchen with French doors that open onto the patio and garden. Outdoor dining area overlooking the lake under the patio, furnished with a comfortable table for 10 people.

Swimming Pool: New and modern swimming pool measuring 8x3m, set on a natural terrace with a wonderful lake view. The swimming pool is immersed in the greenery of the local nature.
