The nearby beaches of La Bionda and Pozzarello can be reached directly in approximately 5–10 minutes walk. The beaches of Giannella and Feniglia, as well as the town of Orbetello, are approximately 15–30 minutes away by car.
From the main entrance, you enter the central part of the villa, characterised by a large wooden staircase around which the various living levels are arranged.
