This residence is part of a very large villa and consists of 2 apartments, one above the other (looking at the property from the rear, we are describing the left side). They thus share all the outdoor space, that is to say the pool and the large park, embellished with beautiful lawns, paths among the laurels and various shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis, and citrus and various other fruit trees. The splendid sea view will accompany your breakfast on the terrace. Indeed each apartment has its own covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals.
