The sea view villa is situated in Pultiddolu village, 6 km near Santa Teresa Gallura, one of the most beautiful touristic destination of Sardinia. Easily reachable by car, it’s in the panoramic road that leads from Castelsardo to Santa Teresa Gallura. The small village of Lu Pultiddolu is made of few villas, in a quite position that makes the holiday house perfect for families and couples searching for a relaxing holiday.
Surrounded by a wide garden, villa Rubino is excellent for everyone who want to spend a holiday near nature and sea, especially perfect for families with children but also for a group of younger people.
A big covered terrace, with table and chairs, let enjoy most of the time outside. Stepping inside we have the living room composed of the relax area with sofa bed, armchair, Tv; and the dinner area with table, chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) have wardrobe, pillows and blankets. The bathroom has toilet, shower, bidet and window. Villa Rubino is fully air-conditioned and is bright and fresh even in the hottest months. On the back of the villa, there is an outdoor basin, shower and a closet where there are the washing machine and beach equipement. The villa has a big area outside with barbecue suitable for lunches with family and friends, there is also private parking.
The village’s beach is only 700mt from the villa, and the biggest one, “La Liccia”, is 800 mt. All services (supermarket, bar, restaurant) are at 500 mt.
