Positive: Great location, close to metro. Apartment very clean and has everything you need for enjoyable stay.

Negative: The only reason it is not 10 is because of the noise in the morning - there was a construction site on the building next door. This is not something that the owner can fix but it just made our stay slightly uncomfortable.
