Positive: Pretty clean room. Loved the jacuzzi. Bring your bathing suit because if you have neighbors it is not fully private. (note on feedback from owner: i am not complaining about the jacuzzi, no need to be insulted. I just am mentioning it so others know you need to bring bathing suits. There are large holes in the fences by design so people can look on your private terrace, no complaint but a need to know).

Negative: Night noise! One night there was a party on the property (with fireworks close to our room) . We should have received a heads up on that and it is contradiction with the “peace”/“tree”/“nature” theme… Breakfast too limited. Mostly sweet pastries. All other items had minimal quantity. Bed is very small/too short . (note on feedback of owner: no need to ridicule honest feedback from customers. This hotel is part of party venue so yes there was party noise all night (till about midnight, yes, in English language that is "at night", and it was more than 5 minutes), and the firework at~ midnight when you are trying to sleep is quite scary, i think me mentioning that a heads up on this might is valuable feedback? This is not a king size bed. We are 1.75 and 1.90m and the bed is too short; it is a short queen sized bed and yes the bedding is comfortable, no need to feel insulted on that. Breakfast was by far the smallest and most limited from our entire trip in Italy (12 hotels) The proper answer to feedback is "thank you, we will take this into account" not telling your customer he/she is wrong)
