Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location good, although the very busy main road outside surprised us. Apartment was clean Good size balcony. good restaurant and coffee shop nearby train station 2 minutes away.

Negative: We did not see the hosts once we eventually managed to pick up the keys from inside the book shop (after queueing outside in the rain). We were not sure how welcome we were. I suppose we had just come from an apartment in Rome where the host was exceptionally welcoming, and we compared it against that. Single camp bed was broken. additional pillows and blankets would have been welcome. A coffee machine and a few coffee pods would have been nice.

Summary: Torre Del Greco was a good location to choose for Pompeii and Herculaneum.
