The villa is surrounded by over 1200 square meters of private yard which include a private swimming pool of 6x10 mt; depth 1.30 mt. equipped with sun beds, and a covered wooden patio with garden sofas and armchairs, where to shade during the hot summer days.
There is a second patio adjacent to the house with table and chairs where to organize al fresco dinners also thank to the stone built in Barbecue.
The villa inside covers 180 square meters and features a living area with sofas, TV and fireplace, dining table and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher etc; One bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed; second bedroom with a double bed; third bedroom with double bed and additional single bed; fourth bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed; (this room has its own external entrance); complete the property two full bathrooms with shower.
