The Space:
Completely surrounded by olive grove and vineyards, this Montepulciano villa occupies an idyllic setting for guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Recently restored, it offers a perfect mix of traditional Tuscan architecture with modern, contemporary design.
Outside, there is a large swimming pool set in a generous sized garden. Tall trees provide ample shade even in the hottest Summer whilst well manicured lawns offer plenty of space for outdoor games or a spot of sunbathing.
Inside, this Montepulciano villa is light and airy and has been elegantly furnished with a clever combination of both antique and modern design furniture. The owners have a love of art, reflected in the numerous paintings displayed around the property.
This Montepulciano villa has 5 bedrooms in total, two on the ground floor, two on the upper floor and one under the eaves of the property. This top bedroom is air conditioned, whilst all other rooms have ceiling fans. (Please note that this 5th bedroom has limited headroom). There are also four bathrooms. One of these bathrooms is extremely spacious with a 2m x 1m sunken bath - the ultimate indulgence after a day touring around the Tuscan countryside!
In addition, each floor of this Montepulciano villa has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Please note that electricity usage up to 250KW is included in the price. Any usage over and above this will be payable locally on departure. Likewise, in the winter months, guests must pay on departure for the cost of any electricity and gas used during their stay. The top room is air conditioned. If guests wish to use this room, they will be charged for any air conditioning they use on departure. Approximate costs are 125 euros per week for air conditioning.
It is possible to employ the services of Teresa, an excellent housekeeper, during your stay at this Montepulciano villa for both her cleaning or catering service. Guests will be charged an hourly rate of 15 euros for this service. Please ask for more details.
