Positive: A very unique, clean and beautiful place in a gorgeous locale. Far better than advertised. Owner and manager Serena were 100% available and responsible.

Negative: Very slightly out of the way, but once we learned the way in and out, no problems.

Summary: Relaxing, great local people and food, minutes from breathtaking views of Lake Bolsena! 3 nights were not enough!
