Positive: The staff were amazing, Flavio and some other (who I can't remember the name) were super helpful, friendly, and made sure to talk t me at meal times given I was on my own. They made me feel very welcome overall.

Negative: The corridors were a little noisy, luckily I had earplugs so could put them in when going to bed. So not a major issue for me. The sunshine in the hotel and shade made me feel like I was playing musical chairs to get in the sun in the afternoons! Luckily, the hotel pool was relatively quiet, but I would have been frustrated if it was busy and I'd had to spend hours in the shade unwillingly
