Villa San Lorenzo is an exclusive property with a private swimming pool (open April - October) located in the charming fishing village of San Lorenzo, near Marzamemi, and just south of Syracuse. The villa is perfectly situated near beautiful sandy beaches (450 meters) and at the edge of the Vendicari nature reserve with its many nature trails. Recently built, the home can accommodate up to 14 guests* and is ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling together. The villa is divided into three comfortable apartments with spacious, light interiors. The property also includes a well-kept garden with a gazebo and barbecue, a beautiful swimming pool, and a solarium, perfect for relaxing in the open air. Villa San Lorenzo provides an ideal base for exploring the local area with its wonderful beaches, the nearby Roman villa of Tellaro and the evocative baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa-Ibla.
