This lovely single house is located just 1km above the town hall of Toscolano-Maderno. Its position gives it a fantastic view of the Lake Garda which you can enjoy from most areas of the house, the pool and the garden.

This lovely single home is located directly above the town of Toscolano-Maderno (1km from the town hall), a very convenient position to reach the lake or simply enjoy the fantastic lake view from the house and the large private swimming pool. large 2 car private garage. 4G wi-fi connection. 3 bedrooms. fireplace. separate kitchen. ample covered lake view terrace A 2nd flight of stairs brings us to the entrance of the house that is in a fantastic panoramic position. We enter in the living room with glass doors that look on the lake and a charming old chimney. The kitchen is separate from the living room (it has been renovated in 2012) and it is fully equipped with all dishes and utensiles you need to cook. On the opposite side of the living room there is the night area with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x190 cm) and wardrobes. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and it has a french size bed (140x190cm)
The access to the property is through a gate on the street level where you can also enter an ample 2 car garage. A 1st flight of stairs brings us to the garden level where there is a large covered terrace with a wonderful lake view and the wonderful PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. Next to the pool there is a service toilet with shower. Also the pool has an electric cover which is very useful to maintain the water hot also during the evenings and in mid season.
We expect all of our guests at their arrival to show them the property and leave the keys. PLEASE remember to contact us prior to your arrival to arrange the check-in time. Late or early check-in must be requested in advance. extra fees might apply.
The apartment is located right above the town center of toscolano-maderno (5 minutes drive), one of the most beautiful villages on the Lake Garda where there are many shops, bars and restaurants in the village, and a long and beautiful beach... everything you need for a lovely stay by the Lake Garda :) COMING BY CAR HIGHLY SUGGESTED: 1.5km from the center of Toscolano-Maderno (5 minutes by car). From the town it is possible to take the ferry to other towns along the lake. nearest train station: Desenzano.
