The detached holiday house, built in 1472 and renovated in 2015, is furnished in a rustic style typical of the region. The property is popular also because of the view from the grounds of the mountains and its quiet, sunny and secluded location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and dog kennel. In the winter season, the pool, children’s playground and the covered terrace remain closed! During this time, no garden furniture is available either. The accommodation provides only standard (summer) bedding; if you require additional blankets, you must bring them with you.
Location
Urbino, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 27,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Ca Piero is a medieval borgo (hamlet) consisting of two small cottages and two larger housing units. IMPORTANT: You always rent the borgo exclusively. That is, only you have Ca Piero at your disposal. A small part of the large park-like property is fenced, so you can also bring your dog. The borgo Ca Piero is situated alone on the top of a hill. Thus you have a fantastic panoramic view of the landscapes of the Marche, Umbria, Tuscany and the Adriatic coast. Access is via a field or forest track (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 10 m). The car park is located directly on the property and is secure.

Central heating (gas). There is an open fireplace in the dining room. A wood-burning stove is available in the living room and eat-in kitchen. During the period from 27/04 to 16/10, firewood and 5 cubic metres of gas are included in the rental price (this is usually sufficient for hot water in summer). Children’s toys, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite. The satellite connection enables television programmes in multiple languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
