Ideal Sardinia villa overlooking scenic Porto San Paolo PSP) village and the Tavolara Marine Reserve and Mountain National Park. Within walking distance of PSP cafes and restaurants as well as PSP beach and marina, where ferry departs regularly for Tavolara island.
Due to the jagged, scenic coastline there are numerous nearby sandy beaches, including several secluded that can be reached only on foot (we provide directions!). Many of the beaches feature wide swaths of sand with shallow water that are great for families and children.
Water sports, including scuba diving, wind- and kite- surfing, fishing, seaside and mountain walking paths, golf, horse back riding are all activities on offer in the PSP area.
Olbia International airport nearby and port is only 15 kilometers away while Alghero is 1 hour 20 minutes by car.
For experienced scuba divers or those wishing to learn PSP has a diving school and shop with trips in the protected marine reserve. As no fishing is allowed in the reserve it is one of the few places in Sardinia where fish life is plentiful and coral reefs protected. There are also various nearby ship wrecks, including several from WW II. The ship wrecks offer shallow water diving experiences for beginners and deep water for veterans.
