The sea in Viareggio has a long beach of fine white sand, which invites you to take pleasant walks. On the beach, there are equipped bathing establishments with paid access and services of umbrellas, deckchairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools... For nature lovers there is also a free beach, with free access and bathing: the most famous is the Lecciona beach.

A few km. to the south is Torre del Lago Puccini which overlooks Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis where you can enjoy pleasant boat excursions), with its famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous works.
The Puccini Festival takes place in July and August: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas in the open-air theater on the lake.

The living room features a beautiful fireplace, a smart TV, and a large window overlooking the garden. The eat-in kitchen (with a table for 4) has access to the garden and is equipped with induction stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking. The dining room/entrance room features antique furniture and a table for 4.
The air conditioning is located here and serves the entire apartment. The bathroom has a window, shower, and bidet.
The tiled garden has a table for 4 with a parasol for relaxing in the shade in complete privacy.
