Positive: Food was really great. Breakfast can be improved in terms of variety but lunch and dinner was excellent and everyday something new. Kids were even allowed to order something else like outside of Italian cuisine (which is of course the best). Location is good. Parking no issues. Beach access also a plus. They made a party for us on Friday with deserts and drinks. Nice

Negative: As a kids hotel and full team of excellent animators (when they work) I was expecting more. Especially during pool close times. Swimming pool closed for three hours during the day - which does not make any sense since it's the hottest time of the day and kids are bored when it's closed. Lack of activities for the kids in the lobby. I have seen video games, various activities for kids to engage with and make friends with and give some space to parents n other hotels, but here you just find some playground for babies. Rooms are not impressive at all and need refurbishment but everything works at least.
