Positive: Host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, picked us up from the airport for €50 (over €20 cheaper than a taxi and much faster than the bus!) and did not mind waiting indefinitely when my friend got stuck at customs. Pietro made us feel very welcome and like we could approach him with any problems. 3 TVs with free Netflix was greatly appreciated as a wind-down after busy days in Rome. The terrace was beautiful and a great spot to sit in the sun and eat breakfast in the morning. Flat was very nicely decorated, especially the main bedroom, and the double bed was very comfortable. The bus stop into Rome is close-by and easy to access for daily use and there are multiple shops close-by for food and other necessities, though the accommodation provided pretty much everything we needed! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book to stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

Negative: Water pressure in the bathroom was quite high so the tap would spray us if we didn't turn it on carefully, and the bathroom floor would get very wet after a shower. The light switches in the small bedroom were quite confusing as some would only flicker the light instead of switching it on completely. These were only minor problems and didn't really impede our enjoyment of our stay.
