Positive: Excellent venue with a gorgeous view and lavish swimming pool. Perfect for couples and families who want to unwind

Negative: The jacuzzi was switched on for us by the owner after we asked if we could use it, but nobody told us it was a paid facility or what the price was. At checkout, we were unexpectedly charged for the jacuzzi, with the explanation that it was a discounted rate due to a “miscommunication”. Charging guests for something without informing them in advance is simply not acceptable and is not how you treat your guests. The fact that the staff knew there had been a miscommunication and still charged us showed very poor hospitality and, unfortunately, felt like bad faith. Clear communication should be the minimum standard.
