Negative: Staff: The lady at check-in was rude and seemed frustrated when explaining how things worked. She also never provided any information about breakfast, check-out or other services. Room: The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were too thin. Although the design was nice, the room felt outdated, and the bedside lamps were broken.
