The villas are on a plot of land just outside Baia Verde. Both villas are on the same site, but are completely independent and are about 40 metres from each other.

The spacious living room-kitchen has a fireplace, a dining table, two single beds (each 80 x 190cm) and a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and microwave. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a washing machine, It is possible to add a further single bed to the living room area. The villa is fitted with air conditioning (cool and warm).

The veranda has an outdoor shower and a barbecue and is furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs. There is even a hammock in the garden, Next to the villa there is a big, private parking area.
